Die Initiative RxISK (Dr. David Healy) hat heute mitgeteilt, dass sie ein Forum einrichten wollen, um Entzug besser zu erforschen.

Es gibt zehntausende Menschen, die von Abhängigkeit und verzögterem Entzug betroffen sind durch Antidepressiva, Neuroleptika, Benzodiazepine, Dopaminantagonisten oder andere Medikamente. Wir werden in naher Zukunft ein Forum zur Erforschung von komplexen Entzugssyndromen und PSSD eröffnen, um herauszufinden, was es mit diesen Phänomenen auf sich hat.

Weil nix in den Textbüchern steht und keiner das Phänomen verzögerter Entzug erklären kann oder gut behandeln.

Among the first new features will be a Withdrawal and PSSD Research Zone. The philosophy behind this is that no-one knows what Protracted Withdrawal Syndromes and PSSD actually are and its more difficult to find an answer if we don’t know. Both are conditions that cannot be found in the textbooks. There is no expert that can shed light on either. Such a situation calls for a few form of research – Crowd-Research.
